Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to bookings, treatments, products and purchases made with ILLAF Beauty Bar, 2-4 Great Eastern St, London EC2A 3NW. By booking a treatment or buying a product you agree to these terms.

• Bookings are made online via our live availability and are confirmed by email.
• You must provide accurate contact details so we can send confirmation and reminders.
• Certain treatments (for example tinting) require a patch test at least 48 hours beforehand.
• We may refuse or cancel a booking if we believe a treatment is unsuitable for you.

• You may reschedule or cancel free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a charge of up to 50% of the treatment price.
• Non-attendance (no-show) forfeits any deposit or payment made.
• If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will offer you an alternative or a full refund.

Some treatments require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable within the 24-hour cancellation window. All payments are processed securely; we do not store full card details.

• Results vary by individual and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
• You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies or medication before treatment.
• Following aftercare advice is your responsibility; failure to do so may affect results.

• Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable VAT where required.
• Orders are subject to availability; we will notify you of any delays.
• Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
• Products marked in-store-only or collection-only cannot be shipped and must be collected from the salon.

Digital gift cards are valid for the period stated at purchase and can be redeemed against eligible treatments and products. They are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded under UK law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the treatment or product in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
